The purpose

The purpose is for members to maintain and improve their own health by using Class/ Personal Sessions (hereinafter referred to as the “This service”).

Membership system

• This service is a membership system. (Excluding workshops, events, and external contracts)

• Those who wish to become members shall conclude a membership contract with Yuri OGAwa based on these regulations.

Membership rights/ Membership types

• Members can take classes and events in existing categories.

• Members can attend members-only workshops and events at the existing price.

• Yuri OGAwa may revise annual membership fees/monthly membership fees/usage fees, etc., as necessary, taking into account changes in social/economic conditions.

Membership qualification

Membership is limited to those who apply all of the following items.

• Those who agree with the purpose of this service and abide by the membership terms.

• Those who have applied at their own risk and have not been prohibited from exercising by a doctor etc., and have no problem using this service.

• Those who do not have a contagious disease or other disease that could be transmitted or infected to others.

• Those who do not belong to organized crime groups or other anti-social organizations.

Membership procedure

• If you wish to register as a member of this service, please complete the application procedure and pay the prescribed annual membership fee in advance.

• If you select an existing type after registering as a member, you will be required to pay the monthly membership fee for two months in advance, and from the third month onwards, you will be required to pay the monthly membership fee for the following month in advance.

• After becoming a membership, due to administrative procedures, it is mandatory to continue membership for three months from the month of joining.

Annual membership fee/ Expenses

Annual membership fee: 120€ (Tax included)

• The annual membership fee will be determined by Yuri OGAwa and will be collected in the month of membership. Once received, annual membership fees will not be refunded for any reason.

• If you fail to pay the annual membership fee for the following year during the renewal month (12th month), you will not be able to use the membership price from the following year.

Payment

• In principle, payment is required in advance.

• Bank transfer (via Wise) / Paypay / Paypal (credid card) can be available.

• We cannot refund or carry forward the payment after payment has been made.

Change membership information

Members must promptly notify any changes to the information on their membership application form.

Change of contract details

If you are a member and would like to change your contract details, please contact us at hello@yuriogawa.jp by the 10th of the previous month (or by the previous business day if the 10th is a regular holiday).

Adjournment/ Withdrawal

• If you are a member, please contact hello@yuriogawa.jp by the 10th of the previous month (or by the previous business day if the 10th is a regular holiday) of the month in which you wish to suspend or withdraw your membership.

• If you re-register within one year after suspending or withdrawing your membership, you can do without paying the initial fee (annual membership fee for the same year).

• When re-joining after suspending or withdrawing membership, monthly membership fees will be charged from the month of re-use (return month).

• Members shall be canceled on the last day of the month of cancellation.

• Monthly membership fees for the month in which a member suspends or withdraws membership must be paid in full, even if the cancellation occurs in the middle of the month.

• Failure to pay membership fees may result in loss of membership.

Delinquency of membership fees/ Expulsion

• Please note that if you do not respond to the demand from Yuri OGAwa after one month of delinquency, 50% of the contracted membership fee will be charged as a penalty.

• If you do not respond to the demand from Yuri OGAwa after two months of delinquency, your membership will be suspended and you will be expelled from this service.

• Even after expulsion, you are still obligated to pay all unpaid membership fees and penalties. Please note that if you continue to fail to respond to Yuri OGAwa’s requests, we may be forced to take steps such as requesting payment by certified mail or requesting payment from the court.

• Please note that if any malicious behavior is detected, your membership may be immediately suspended and you may be expelled from this service.

Others

• Regardless of the reason, membership fees and usage fees cannot be refunded or carried over unless approved by this service.

• Members are prohibited from taking pictures or recording videos in class without the approval of this service.

• Members are responsible for managing themselves and their belongings using this service, and are not responsible for theft, loss, injury, or other accidents that occur within the class, unless there is gross negligence on the part of the company shall not be held responsible.

Member responsibilities

If a member causes damage to Yuri OGAwa or a third party in connection with the use of this service, the member will be required to compensate for the damage.

Changes in price of this service

Yuri OGAwa may change the payment of this service to be paid by members based on these terms and conditions based on changes in social conditions, etc. In that case, Yuri OGAwa shall notify the member at least one month in advance by posting on the website in writing, by email, or by any other method specified by this service.

Revision of the constitution

• If this service deems it necessary, the terms and conditions may be revised. In that case, the revised terms will apply to all members.

• The revised terms will become effective from the time they are announced on this website, etc., and will apply to everyone thereafter.
