Day 119: Trust For What
Hi there,

How are ya?

There is one thing that I’ve been more taking care of, it is…

You observe one scene as a third person to see true reality.
That state as a yogi is called “Saksi” which means witness.

We might often feel pain or suffering because you think you experience them.
But they might be changed if you just shift your perception and assume that you just see one feel that pain or suffering.

I think it’s very useful cognitive trick to have good distance between your fluctuations of mind and yourself.

It’s kind of you’re not zooming in your thougts and seeing one certain idea, but you’re zooming out of your view that you see right now.

One of Kriya yoga which means practice of purification is called “Ishvara Pranidhana” ,
which is surrender to god”.

What is the exactly meaning of “surrender”?

It is to accept the truth that the world just keeps moving along no matter what you face in this life right now, and you become to be modest, polite to that truth, and observe to have equinimity.

Surrender for the highest Self might me the most difficult for someone who won’t be able to let go of any kinds of thoughts that you want to unhold but you still have it.

When I’m facing that kind of situation,

I try to be in nature.

Even nobody comes to do any supports,

The things make me trust would be…

Water
Heaven
Action
Text

I trust them now, because…

Sometimes it’s still hard to believe in myself.

According to one popular Japanese book called “1Q84”,
the author of the book who is Haruki Murakami says
“Mental acuity was probably never born from comfortable circumstances.”

What makes you trust right now?
